Like its predecessor, Star Wars: The Force Unleashed II looks great. How it plays compared to the original Starkiller adventure remains to be seen, but for now, Star Wars fans can get their fix with the latest stunning backstory/gameplay trailer.

It's not easy being Starkiller, what with your family being murdered and Darth Vader being your backstabbing master. As if that isn't enough, Force Unleashed II adds madness and a lost love to the mix. See for yourself in the trailer below:



Star Wars: The Force Unleashed II is being developed for the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, Nintendo Wii, and Windows PCs. The game is set for launch on October 26, and a demo will be available for download on Live and PSN on October 12.


Sharkey says: Actor Sam Witwer nearly mimics Mark Hamil's classic throaty Skywalker scream. Starkiller's, "You took everything from me!" sounds a lot like Skywalker's, "That's not true. That's impossible!" Then again, I'm tone deaf. Mr. Witwer, if you wouldn't mind, could you please yell, "Uncle Owen, this R2 unit has a bad motivator!" for me? That should settle it. Thanks.
